Titan Global Security – Defence & Private Security Services Ltd. is managed under the leadership of the Chairman of the Board, Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Group Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Group Chief Operating Officer (COO), Group Chief Security and Risk Officer, Group Chief Production Officer (CPO), Group Chief Technology and Innovation Officer (CTIO), and the Group Chief Communication and Coordination Officer.

The company is run by Group Operations Directors, Group Production and Innovation Director, Group Security Director, and Group Regional Directors, all of whom act in accordance with decisions taken collectively by these senior executives through a common mind-set approach.

In addition, Department Heads and Group Functional Heads actively cooperate with advisors who are retired from law enforcement (military, police, gendarmerie, and intelligence), providing consultancy in areas where needed, and making critical contributions to the success of the organisation.
